Can I copy part of a character and paste it into another?
For example, I wanted to copy the ‘comma’ I designed and paste it in the ‘quotation mark’ glyph.
    Thanks!

No, there’s no way to copy the entire letter to another letter.
You can Match the Matrix position of any letter to any other letter as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMDeH3WHue8
Then you’ll have to draw the original letter’s Skeleton in the new letter to make them the same.
